I use to think highly and recommend this site to everyone BUT, I cant no longer do that, when they have denied my redemption request and said it was because of duplicate accounts, which I didn't do. I've reached out to them and I haven't gotten a response only that they have escalated my query. Mind you it's for $100, I'm hoping that we can resolve this issue and if and when they get back to me, I'll update. 9/15 .. I haven't heard back from support this is why I came to trust pilot.
