While I'm glad to see most everyone utilizing this platform had a great experience, I, however, did not. It took me several months to decide to finally make a deposit and try it out. The deposit, of course, went thru just fine. I played for quite a while and then finally hit, pretty good, too. Played it down a bit, like ya do, and finally got ready to cash out. Went thru verification and when it comes time to cash it out, suddenly there's an issue. They tell me I have a whole other account. I reply and said if I do I do not recall creating another and haven't used it. They cancel the account I loaded and ultimately won money on, kept my money and basically told me I'm just beat. Wouldn't it have made more sense to cancel the one I've never used? Where's the integrity? Where's the honor? Anyway, I would've loved to continue utilizing their platform, but why would I now? I don't even know my login to the one they say I had originally. Just disappointing especially bc it's not like it's an actual brick and mortar where I can be seen and heard. They just dismiss you with an uncaring email and pocket your cash. Anyone on the street robs you, they are held accountable. Online tho? You're sh** outta luck.
