I actually was really loving spinblitz I recently ( in the last year) started logging in every day, purchasing packages ect but had not verified yet because i usually don't unless i win and cash out, well I had won over 500sc after a 4.99 purchase 3 days ago and went through the process to redeem and BOOM 💥 ACCOUNT LOCKED!!!!! Told me to contact customer care so i did and here we are 3 days later and no email update on what is going on ect only an email saying they are " working on my request" and if i want faster service to use live chat!! Well I'm locked out of my account so how am i suppose to do that! I have reached out on Reddit also on Facebook messenger i am EXTREMELY UPSET at this point!!!!! Terrible customer service. *EDIT this response from spinblitz is Terribly untrue. I received an email last night FINALLY after a half way decent customer service rep on live chat apologized for dropping the ball and " missing my email to close the compromised account (that I sent months ago) and assured me she was getting this case to the appropriate people , that email stated my ONLY account i have been logging into daily and purchasing packages on will be locked and the almost 500sc i won after purchasing a package is gone!!!!!! This tells me they do not care about who or what makes their bs online casino stay relevant and open they are money hungry poor customer service to say THE LEAST. DON'T PLAY HERE.
