The bonus had a 40x wagering requirement, which I fully completed as required.
During wagering, my balance gradually increased to around 400 €, however all funds were locked as bonus funds. At no point was I clearly warned during gameplay that exceeding a certain balance would automatically invalidate my winnings. The system allowed me to continue playing without any visible warning, and there was no option to withdraw or convert funds earlier.
Only after completing the wagering, my winnings were removed and I was informed that the maximum withdrawal from the bonus was only 25.5 €. The casino stated that continuing to play after exceeding this limit was “not permitted”, even though the system itself allowed it and provided no real-time warning.
The casino then claimed they approved my withdrawal “as a gesture of goodwill”, which clearly shows that:
the bonus conditions are highly misleading
the user interface allows players to unknowingly violate rules
winnings can be removed after wagering is completed
This bonus structure (sticky bonus + high wagering + very low cashout cap) is extremely player-unfriendly and creates the illusion of winning money that can never realistically be withdrawn.

Absolutely avoid low payouts took multiple withdrawals without consent and out of 300 dollars not one set of spins they are ripping ppl blind! Cause they are operating illegally in certain countries they get away with it as there is no governing body
