We just won and we are having problems on withdrawing the price.Is it normal that it requires a lot of requirements like bank statements,etc?The national identity maybe but bank statements?It takes like 3dyas waiting for the withdrawal process and still pending .I don’t know what is the problem on it .I provided all the documents and still nothing at all!
