I won $863 on September 7 and to this day, October 9, I still haven't received that redemption. I've contacted them several times with no answer. I won another $300 tonight, but I bet I won't hear back from them. We use our own money; they are collecting millions but can't pay us our few hundreds after we spent thousands to make them rich. I won't play again until they pay up.
