This was a terrible experience. I paid for a welcome offer, and my bank confirmed the money was deducted, but they did not add it to my account. I couldn't play many games, possibly because I might actually win! Each time I tried to contact customer service, I was kicked off the site or redirected elsewhere. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with dishonest operators.
