You’ve been warned!

By far the worst casino/company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve played their casino software on IOS as well as on Android and every time I’ve played I’ve had the most frustrating time dealing with customer support. All is good and fun while you’re spending money on them and then as soon as you go to redeem after you’ve put in a few $100 that’s when things ALWAYS go wrong and all of a sudden customer service has no idea what you’re talking about and they make up all these investigations and manual reviews or my favorite one “sorry player, unfortunately we don’t have a solution for your problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.” Like WTF! The first time I played I put some money in and I won small amounts the first couple times I was able to cash out instantly to my PayPal right..but then I got up to $125 that’s nothing well I tried to redeem and was ghosted for a month! I tried to email them multiple times and my emails wouldn’t go through I kept trying for about 2 or 3 weeks finally I got an email saying “sorry your redemption couldn’t be processed due to unsureness of your account” I was seeing red at this point because I redeemed previously several times! I gave up on the stupid fake casinos for awhile 6 months go by I try again but I tried one that seemed a little more legit. It had games I’ve seen on well established casinos that I play at so I thought hmm let’s see..oh how I was very very wrong to try again. Yesterday I spent almost $100 on small deposits finally I decided to redeem to my PayPal for $35 got it instantly! I thought hmm maybe this one isn’t a lying pile of crab but no I was wrong..I put even more money in and I won $65 tried to redeem at 3 am MST and it is now 2 pm MST still nothing..I’ve chatted with customer support but that’s like pissing in the wind..doesn’t get you anywhere expect mad that you even tried to do it. This is their come back to my chats saying umm what’s the difference between my first redemption and this last one! “Dear player thank you for your patience during our 24 reviewing period I see your redemption is pending and we are working very hard to send it to you” like what!!! YOU DON’T MAKE ANY SENSE! If the first one as instant nothing has changed on my account I redeemed to the same PayPal I’m fully verified like what could be taking 10 hours to review?! Don’t ask me! I’ve finally came to the conclusion that THIS ENTIRE COMPANY IS OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS IT. THEY KNOW IF THEY LET YOU WIN ONE OR TWO TIMES YOU’LL KEEP PUTTING IN AND THEN ONCE YOU’VE PUT A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THEY WILL KEEP LETTING YOU WIN BUT THEY HAVE ZERO INTENTIONS ON SENDING YOU YOUR MONEY! PERIOD! Even if i end up getting my $65 im not changing anything on this review or my stars because they know and I know this is real sh** don’t @ me Spin Sorcery I wouldn’t even reply because you don’t want no more of this. Sorry I’m not sorry one damn bit. Good day!
