I was playing on my account, i had 83.49sc, when suddenly it dropped to zero. I contacted support, and they told me 3 times that they don’t notice anything unusual, and that everything is fine, after requesting a transaction history, they finally acknowledged that i had lost the money for no reason, they said they had to review it and would get back to me, next day still hadn’t heard from them and messaged them, they said they’re dealing with a high volume of inquiries (which i find hard to believe as this site is new and there’s not much traffic) and now it’s the weekend and they are not available. the email address is useless and the phone number only lets you leave a message. so basically, this casino randomly took all my money, and now i can’t get it back. this is starting to feeling like one of those scam casinos, i would stay away, there’s plenty of other places to play.
