Onboarding was great! then is was downhill from there. For the first month I had no service due to network upgrades. Tried calling the company and you will be put on hold for hours request a call back only to be put on hold. My bill went from $54 to $69 without notification. Internet service is very basic - between 7 and 10 pm I had a speed of 0.1mbps, too slow to open an email. Finally went to cancel - internet was ironically too slow to do it online, tried calling for days could not get through to anybody. Now I'm being forced into another billing cycle. Would not recommend this company to anybody.
