When I went to pay my bill, it kept rejecting the payment. I know my account details are correct. I can not access my account at all. I've also called twice, waiting on hold, so I requested a call back. Which I never received. Just received an sms now that the payment has been rejected again and that I have 24 hours to pay it or my service will be interrupted. So I ring again and had to request a call back again. Spintel rang only to have it intercepted by another caller and they hung up.
