This would have to be the worst experience ever with an internet service provider.The 5G system worked occasionnally, sometimes it would stop totally and there would be no service at all for 5 or 6 hours.After 1/2 dozen phone calls and god knows how many hours on the phone (a barely audible, broken up communication via the Philipines), it was decided that the sim card was faulty. I had already paid for the first one and Spintel demanded that I pay for the second one. Fed up with this "money hungry, no service company" I cancelled... but that wasn't the end of it !!! I still had to pay $20 to return the modem.Please do not even start with Spintel, they would have to be the worst on the market. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS
