If i could give no stars i would!! This is the worst experience I've had ever buying something online. I ordered a retro gameboy and the item i got was not what I ordered at all. I tried to return it and they said they'll only give me 6 dollars, I said no I paid 35. They said okay 9. I said no that's a 26% loss why would I accept that for an item i didn't order nor does it work? Everyday for a week and a half (1 message a day) I would explain to them your return policy states I can get a refund, why have a policy if u dont follow it. U just make ur own rules as u go? its supposed to be satisfaction guarenteed, and advertised great customer service and I didn't get any of that. I asked for a number I can call to speak to someone instead of 1 reply a day hoping to speed up the process and they avoid the question. I asked for an address to send it back they avoid that too and told me just take the 9 dollars. I continuously asked why can't I get a full refund and they avoided the question too. I lost out on 35 which is a bit if you're in the US since everything is expensive, for a product I didn't get or works and no ine is willing to help except give me 9 dollars. I regret buying anything at all. The products are temu or wish quality. Don't even bother. They're a scam, they don't even have social media which I should have known better and definitely learned my lesson.
