I have been a customer for many years and unfortunately this company has gone downhill. I placed an order on Sept 9th .I had sent an email telling them I was moving on the 20th and to cancel my order because they hadn't shipped it. I contacted my Amex and cancelled payment. I received a call in OCTOBER saying the items were shipped and delivered and I told her that is all well and good but I had moved out of state and sent an email. NOW she said well contact your amex and tell them it was a mistake and we will ship to you. I told her I am in the middle of renovating my place and when I can I will. I was not happy with saying it was a mistake because it was not a mistake I cancelled payment. She contacted me again and wanted me to do it and I told her I was too busy with construction and I will place an order after I am finished. I just received notification the company contacted my credit card and showed them it was delivered SEPTEMBER 22nd after she KNEW I had moved. I WILL NEVER recommend this company after this horrible customer service. I have order over 1,000.00 in merchandise and referred many people to this site but not anymore! MAKE sure you keep a screenshot of ALL emails if you do decide to order from them!!!
