4 stars because I had problems ordering through the website but once I had contacted them they were incredibly helpful over the phone. And on a Friday evening too! They arranged to email my invoice and also remained in contact through WhatsApp. My order was completed very quickly and the gentleman I spoke to messaged me over the weekend, updating me on progress, until my order was delivered, which was also very speedy, ensuring I was happy with the results. My floor sofa set is even more beautiful than I was expecting and makes my lounge wonderfully cosy. I am very happy with the service I received and would have given 5 stars if not for the technical problems on the website. Hopefully, this was an anomaly. Would definitely buy from them again. Quality of the items is excellent.
