I had been waiting for my redemption to be processed and been in contact several times via email. Per the wording on the site, if you used Skrill Acct it should be processed immediately. The only person who was responding is Robert and Roy tonl each email. Which i find odd because they are normally different people each time. I had then selected to message about the situation instead of email. Well I just received an email stating, that per my request i had asked for them to cancel. Well, I went back to that conversation and there isn't any where in the correspondence where I asked for it to be cancelled. Also, in the subject line of the email, they had someone else's last name and not mine. Very concerning to me.
