Let me start this with MORITZ is very amazing and deserves 5 stars for customer service and communication but it's been almost 5 days since I requested my 300 redemption and nothing has moved at all.... every other online casino I've ever cashed out with is less than 48 hours, MOST being less than 24 hours and it's approved and into my bank the next day. Now I'm reading reviews wondering why i didn't before I ever deposited.
