The dye stays in my dark brown and silver hair for weeks on end, even though it's supposed to be temporary, so I am able to just touch up instead of having to redo the whole head. I love the product, but the last time I bought it, it cost more for shipping than I paid for the product. If the shipping was less, I would have given it 5 stars because I love it! I get a lot of compliments, even as it starts to fade, because then I get highlights in the silver hair. I've been using this for over 10 years.
