When they sell or rent a car they are very friendly and keep callimg you, as soon you sign the contract and give them the money then you will know their real faces. RUN AWAY FROM THiS decifull COMPANY. I have had a car from this company last month, the documents they gave me is not clear.Bolt keeps rejecting it as its blurry. Four pages of v5 taken in a single page. I have been callimg, emailing them for the last three weeks they haven't provided me with a clear photo, despite asking them for new photo they keep sending me the same photo. I asked Someone named Destiny apparently she is the maneger for a new photo she said its not that simple to get anew photo of the v5. I don't understand why it so. I am really pissed off with their service. They are hypocrites.
