I've been ordering from Splendid Spoon Marketplace for two years. They are the only vegan/gluten-free service I have found that does not require a subscription. The marketplace is expensive, but it's completely hassle-free. I order once or twice a month to meet the free shipping threshold, choosing a mix of meals, bowls, and occasional low-sugar smoothies. The food is good, and portions are reasonable. Shipping is prompt and while the dry ice is evaporated sometimes, the boxes are insulated well and my food has always still been frozen. Customer service has been excellent. Within the past year, two orders had missing items because they ran out. Those were refunded before the order even arrived. They also cheerfully refunded me when a dish arrived in a crushed tray, and when they sent an incorrect item. They just asked for pictures, which is reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and will continue to get some of my food there.
