I couldn't make my journey as my mother ended up on end of life care at the hospital. I wrote to Split My Fare and told them the situation. They said I needed a letter from a medical professional, but the problem was I could only do that through my mother..... Who was dying ! They kept telling me it was in the terms and conditions made by the rail companies. I wrote to the rail companies and they just sent me back to Split my fare Despicable and dishonest company, with no empathy, guilt or common sense. My mum passed whilst I was going around in circles. Thanks guys, it was a real pleasure
