Dear Pete, my email on 24th June to pete @splitmyfare.co.uk as you requested as gone without reply. Please refund me asap for a ticket for which I should not have had to paid twice. I note your T&Cs mention tickets not printing, so I take this is most definitely not a one-off occurrence for you, yet I have never experienced this in years using any of the other providers, Trainsplit, Trainline. I would hate to conject that this is a technical fault used to suit your profit line.
