They set up everything no problem, but we have been wanting to cancel our wifi subscription for at least a month and have heard nothing but "I have raised this with my team and will get back to you", even after several emails and a phone call that resulted in being told to ring someone else who immediately hung up...Setting up is fine but don't expect any customer support
