The Gluten free cake i ordered for my wife was a Victoria sponge. It came extremely well wrapped.It was moist and tasted lemony.It was fantastic as I was pinching some off her as well.Plenty of butter cream in the middle no holding back on this cake.She loved it, so did I.😃
