I strongly advise against using this service; it's a waste of time and money. I've placed multiple orders under different accounts, including various cultures, and my experience has been disappointing. I typically use agar with a flowhood and have no contamination issues, but the quality control here is lacking. Several cultures I received were subpar, and despite attempting to replace them, the results remained poor. After a month of waiting for replacements, I'm left with numerous unusable Petri dishes. If they improve their quality control, I might consider returning.
