Currently, I'm in a testing phase and have an unresolved wager from November 26th still marked as pending. Yesterday, two winning bets were wrongly declared as losses. Now my account indicates I don't qualify for the pretest evaluation when, in reality, I do. If I'm facing this much difficulty contacting them, I can only imagine how others are faring. Their support link is ineffective, the live chat is useless, and I can't even access the community platform to discuss anything. I'm very disappointed; it feels like they took my money for the evaluation and vanished without a return date.
