Sport and Leisure sent a different cassette to the one ordered on their website which does not match the description of the one ordered and does not therefore fit into the bike hub with a screw thread and is not suitable. It arrived without any manufacturers box or packaging and despite raising concerns with them through their complaints procedure and request for replacing with the correct part or refund Sport and Leisure are not responding to either refund request or acknowledgement of their error. They do not seem to be a company to deal with for bike spares with no knowledge of the components and different types. I have a feeling I will be a long process trying to get a refund from them and would advise people to avoid this company and stick to reputable cycle spares suppliers.
