This was our second year using this company and unfortunately they missed the mark completely, this time. They decided to use poor packaging on our football helmet decals and they arrived bent all out of shape.The response I received from upper management was they are built to withstand, not the case. Needless to say, I would be very leery of using them. Complacent and lack of attention with delivery details and distribution come to mind!
