Customer service from Danielle was rude. Linda never got back with me about second order. She did however fix the problem with the first order. Delayed getting product because I kept rejecting artwork which Linda finally saw why and fixed it. Could have had the product approximately a week and a half to 2 weeks earlier if someone would have just listened to me. Been a customer for over the last 15 years and just dissatisfied with the product last year and the customer service this year. And keep getting emails from C. Cagnon about a PO number. Just like I told Danielle and Linda both, my credit card is on file. Ending in 3800. Besides, I was told the mini helmets would not be in until November. And y'all normally don't charge my card until product is sent. Gonna have to look for a new company. Y'all can't be the only ones out there. Sadly can't recommend y'all to the 6-10 new coaches that come into our league each year with this kinda service.
