Well my review is two tier. Customer Service I cannot fault. They were so helpful. My collar was under warranty. It took quite a while to get problem resolved as such but that was through no fault of customer service. However it does lead to a BUT! The replacement collar is not the same as my old one and it no longer has the vibrate (which was a brilliant function to have) with this new collar it looses charge much quicker. I use it twice daily for 2.5 hours total and I would say it lasts about 10 days. I have lost confidence in using it as the button on the side should just make a beep beep sound but sometimes when I have pressed it he has screamed. I know that their is a multitude of set up for this as I read the instructions to try and get to the bottom of why I now seem to shock my dog when I do not want to. The reason I have not emailed back is because I feel so guilty as CS were so good I feel I am being selfish but all I really would like is the identical collar again as I knew if the beep was ignored I then had the vibrate. Rarely did I need to shock. But now I do not have much choice if he ignores the beep. I always sung Sportsdogs praises but if they have completely done with the vibrate I do not think I could fully endorse it anymore. With a sad heart.
