First thing first. Please accept my sincere apologies but Ich kant nicht Deutsch sprache so I will fill this feedback form by gut feeling.
The reason I gave you one star only is the deep contradictions in the communication chain.
When I ordered the good from you I found it surprising that you bill through amazon payment - which we can confess the shittiest service provider of all time -. Right after payment amazon informed me that since I havent pay(?) my order was cancelled by you. It was very strange because my bank withdraw the amount from my bank account. Also amazon informed me if my bank already charged my bank account I will have my money back in 30(!!!!!) days. If not - as they said - I should contact with them and they will collect the charged amount fom you. In the same time I received a confirmation message from you that my order was registered and processed.
Since there was two contradictory information, I send an info request to your customer service who confirmed that my order was cancelled. Meantime I received several update message from you(?) about the status of my order saying it had been processed, handed over to DHL and so on, and so on.
As of today the situation is the following. The price of the boots I ordered from you had been withdraw from my bank account. I have info about the cancellation of my order, confirmed by amazon (shittiest service
provider ever) and by your customer service. Also I have a chain of messages assuring andreassuring me about th status of shipping and delivery. You may find it surprising but I still dont know which statement is true.
Anyway lets hope that in the forecoming days this mistery will be solved somehow.
For example:
A. I receive nothing, you keep my money. Good for you. Bad for me.
B. I receive the boots and get my money back. Good for me. Bad for you.
C. I receive the boots I ordered, you keep my money. Good for both of us.
Finaly, one suggestion. Please check the equation on your web page behind your discount calculation. I wanted to order a Hestra Bergvik - Unisex's gloves. The original price was around 100 euro. Discount was around 20%. The selling price was 67 euro which is not 20% but 33% discount.
