If a negative rating was possible I would give them that.
My account was chat banned and when I queried it with support with evidence that I did nothing they keep on shifting accountability.
One host would say that the ban was from the provider and another would say it's from Sporting bet.
Their line is that the ban is in line with their terms of service but they have no clue as they can't provide any term or reference any offence.
The senior support then says I should query it with the provider and provide no contact details knowing full well that these details are not publicly available.
Also I once tried to get a sizeable bet cancelled as I made a mistake on the market. I queried it pre game and the host stalled long enough for the void to not happen.
There was also an instance where a host asked me how I would resolve the issue and then by mistake shared an email with me that was meant for internal use.
Their customer support is ineffective and have not been able to assist with any query I've ever had.
They only know the usual line of "unfortunately" etc.
Their customer support department is a failure from the lowest support agent up to their management.
