Can't be that after sending an incomplete order, you are informed that 1/3 of the parts were not available. I did get money back for the missing items, but with shipping costs of €10, the order with the significantly fewer items was no longer worth it. I would have liked to have had the option of withdrawing from the purchase contract, as it could only be partially fulfilled. Of course, there was no reply to a complaint.
