Their bonus drop and scratch of the day promo's are fixed, I was putting up with that as they are free to play anyway, but today was the final straw when the website said "Guaranteed £5 free bet" but it awarded me just £2 I tried to resolve the issue via live chat, first agent couldn't resolve it but they offered to put me thru to a supervisor, who simply cut and pasted a general response and then immediatly disconnected the chat, which is EXTREMELY rude, so I tried again & was transferred to a different supervisor, I received the same cut and paste response, I said I wanted to complain and tried to reason with them, I had already supplied a screen shot proving it guaranteed me £5, but again the chat was disconnected, so against UK gambling commission regulations they have also refused and ignored my wish to complain.
