I purchased 2 breakfast club tickets for the start of the 1st stage of the tour of Britain in Penzance. The whole experience was a disaster. Took 25 mins to get in. Too many people. Uncovered food left randomly on tables and staff without mask or gloves handling food. No COVID protocols anywhere. Basically I paid £120 for 2 bottles of water. Have tried to complain via 2 mediums and have heard nothing. Obviously they’ve pocketed myMoney now they don’t want to know me. Avoid these people at all costs.
