Bought West Ham vs Man U tickets for my boyfriend. Got all the details and even called to confirm with the hotel that the room was booked as i was worried from reading these reviews. All seemed ok. When we got to the hotel sportsbreaks had given our room to someone else and changed it into their names. We had the option of paying upfront for a new room and trying to get a refund from sportbreaks. As we couldn't afford this we left it and am currently trying to get a refund for the room. The match tickets were fine, but it ruined the weekend as we had plans the next day and had to drive home instead. It seems very hit and miss with this company. Also you cannot contact them over the weekend as they are closed which seems strange considering most of their events are at the weekend. I have contacted customer services and will see what the outcome is.[AMENDED] Customer service have been very helpful and quick and have offered me a full refund for the mistake made
