My husband used this site with great hesitation and regret as we were desperate to get Manchester United tickets for his Christmas, which was proving extremely difficult on the official members site. He eventually gave in and used sportsbreaks, only for us to be able to manage to get tickets at an absolute fraction of the cost on the official manu site. He tried to phone to refund and the most they would offer was as 25% refund, meaning we were loosing over £300. He was 40minutes outside the 24hr cancellation window, and they would not budge or offer us anything else in exchange.Do not recommended, do not use. Apart from awful T&C’s designed to catch you out, the customer service was atrocious.
