I didn’t want to believe the reviews i read on here about how bad their products and customer support are but it’s absolutely true. I bought a hoodie that I was actually pretty hyped for. I got home and opened up the package attempted to put it on and I couldn’t. I ordered the same size for all my hoodies across several brands and order big because I like my hoodies to be loose and when I say this hoodie is small it’s freaking small. To put this into context I ordered a 3x because I’m not the smallest guy but I’m also not the biggest guy either and I don’t want to deal with having to send back a hoodie. I figured heck if it’s big I can live with it and if I really liked the quality I’d have a better reference for future purchases. Well this thing isn’t even washed yet and it has me looking like the Michelin man because it’s strangling me. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a 3x in men and it fits my wife that’s 140lbs perfectly like a hoodie is supposed to, a little loose not too tight should be able to see a fold in the arm and be able to pull the sleeve up a little no problem. I emailed them saying their sizes are off, they didn’t like that and said no one has complained in 10 years. Now I wish I could express this better but the quality is very very low. The best way I can explain it is for people that use old towels for spills in the garage and know how you can tear a old towels for scraps and it rips really easy from being washed a billion times since you got it and it’s just worn out? Yeah it’s that feeling it just feels like it can be ripped so easily and it’s thin, so thin it’s about a quarter the thickness of any hoodie I’ve ever ordered. They didn’t like it or deny it when I pointed out there’s no way the hoodie costs more than $12 to manufacture. They emailed me as I’m writing this offering me 20$ off their “loose fitting” hoodie because they feel bad about me buying their “tight fitting” hoodie. I may only be 33 but I wasn’t born yesterday. Their solution is to buy their higher priced item……. I’m sorry but giving the company more of my money on a trust me bro is never going to happen. Nowhere on their site does it state loose or tight fitting anywhere at all for their products but I was blamed for ordering their “tight fitting” hoodie. I’m not giving them more money, oh and they wanted me to pay to return it which made the return pointless. They ship from overseas, the quality is the worst I’ve ever seen, return pricing makes it pointless, customer service is terrible. I’ll put it out there on what I believe this to be. This is a shop that only designes clothing, searched for the cheapest manufacturer that would work with them to maximize profit hence it comes from china and never sees the product coming from the manufacturer. They probably only receive returns personally and trash it all when it arrives and sends a small portion back of what people paid. No joke Walmart sells top notch quality in comparison to the ones sold by these people. Steer clear and I hope I can help somebody out with my review.
