I provided my phone number to the company, instead of a call I received a rude email. All I wanted to do is exchange the large hoodie for an XL. I got three rude emails in various forms. The last email told me now it's past the two weeks return window. It's Christmas time and I had to wait for the gift to be opened. This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with. Their not even trying to make my situation right. Only on their terms which does not benefit the customer. FYI you can get the same look alike hoodie on Amazon.
