I bought an Audi hoodie as a gift for my wife. The fleece inside is falling out, leaving a mess and holes are forming after less than 2 weeks of use. I contacted the seller told me it is impossible because nobody has ever had an issue with one of their products, that it is my fault because I purposely cut it or something ridiculous and refuse to send a refund or new item. I paid for a premium product and got garbage, less than Temu quality. Do not buy from here it is cheap Chinese garbage and a scam.
