I purchased a pair of trainers, but upon delivery, I received a pair of riding boots instead. The company has refused to accept responsibility for this error and declined to issue a refund. They have also implied that I have attempted to defraud them, claiming that the boots were purchased from another supplier, which is entirely untrue. I have now lodged a formal complaint with Trading Standards. I will not be using this retailer or their associated stores again, as it is unacceptable that they cannot rectify a clear warehouse mistake and have instead chosen to question my integrity.
