However, I was shocked to see that the delivery has now been pushed to Monday, with no prior communication from the company.This lack of transparency and reliability is extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for next-day service. Had I known about the delay earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements.I expect Sports Direct and Evri to take responsibility for this delay and improve their customer communication. I also request a refund for the delivery fee and a resolution to ensure my package arrives as soon as possible.I will reconsider shopping with Sports Direct if such issues persist.
