I have ordered discounted tennis shoes. Despite correct size on the website in order overview, I have received a confirmation email with a wrong size. I have immediately contacted the store, but they replied on the day when the shoes were delivered - of course with a wrong size. It took almost 8 emails so they accepted it was their mistake. Offered solution is that I can print a label and bring it to a collection point on my own costs and I will get a refund! They refused to send me the correct size, they refused to give me a discount and they refused to collect the wrong shoes from my place or compensate me for the costs to ship it back. They have suspiciously cheap stuff, so they business model is earning money on shipping costs, you pay shipping costs to get it delivered and to return it back!
