All I get are the same vague responses saying “we're still waiting for an update from the relevant department.”It’s well past their stated delivery timeframe (3–21 working days), and there’s been no refund or resolution. They just keep asking me to wait — with no explanation and no deadline.This isn’t just slow service — it’s no service. Extremely disappointing.
