No phone lines suzi the bot is useless keep cutting u off in the queue . Customer service is very poor on chat for a disabled person with mental health issues there is no empathy they r rude and just haven’t a clue . Next day delivery paid for not a chance still not here . Very poor service at 4pm told is it end of day no it’s not just wait then chat line shuts and I’m still waiting . Rude no professional ethics and empathy zero .
