Train your staff better.I am trying to return an item which is too small this is an error as I have other items from the same brand in the same size that fit perfectly. I can't exchange the item even though in store I was told I could I also lose lots of money as I don't get any of the postage back.I am very disappointed with the customer service and after being a loyal customer for a very long time I assure you that I will not be buying from sports direct again.
