Worst customer service experience ever !! Been dealing with this excuse for a company for 3 weeks now - trying to get a refund for an item we returned .. no luck.. basically a complete scam of a company - the latest excuse they come up with is that they need to speak to their brand partner ( more like Johnny in the croner who hasn't been trained to process returns ) to see where our item is - even though we bought it from sports direct and returned to sports direct .in the meantime - no communication ,no time lines and basically just radio silence.. we will never ever buy anything again from this disgraceful company and do sincerely hope they go bankrupt sooner rather than later ..this is my 2 nd review of continuous saga - first one received the response that literary was the least helpful ever directing me to customer service ! The reason I wrote the review was because I already have been dealing with worst customer service .. so that was a cherry on top.. whoever is the director or manager of this shambolic organisation - do us a favour and please fire ourself because you are useless at your job !
