They didn’t arrive on time, and when they finally did, they didn’t fit.I went into a store to exchange them and was told I could only return them online, which is incredibly inconvenient and not clearly explained when ordering.When I tried to return them online, the system wouldn’t allow me to process the return — and to make matters worse, the dispatch label had cut off the order number, making it even harder to complete the return.Even if the return had worked, I discovered it would cost me £4.99 just to send them back, which feels like a rip-off, especially given the hassle I’ve already been through.This whole experience has been a mess from start to finish — poor communication, poor customer service, a broken returns system, and hidden costs. I won’t be shopping with Sports Direct again unless they seriously improve how they treat their customers.
