I got a promo code for my birthday and tried to use it, but online store wouldn't accept it. After contacting customer service I got replacement promo code that worked. I'm satisfied with customer service, because I feel it was fast considering it was during holiday season. Delivery time was good 10 days later than predicted during ordering process. But again, considering it was holiday season and it wasn't anything time critical for me, I'm still satisfied how it turned out.
