Worst chat support and website ever, I apply 40 pound cupon sucessfully then payment gets denied for no reason. Cupon gets VOID because system now thinks cupon was used, contact chat support they claim they cant DO ANYTHING but dont get me into contact with anyone who can, offer no other solutions and immidietly end chat with me. Then after all that I tried everything again but without cupon and it goes trough immidietly. Basically chat support serves to say F-you to customers for their grivances with sub par payment system.
